As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary customer contact for our branch, providing order support, product information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.

• Serve as the key customer contact for branch operations.
• Provide order support and product information to customers.
• Maintain positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit, and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgments using computer systems.
• Perform basic math calculations and use analytics to solve problems.
• Handle any other duties or tasks as assigned.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills for processing orders and reviewing documents.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiastic, personable, and engaging personality.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Bi‑Lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in learning new computer systems and processes.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:30AM–4:00PM (occasionally Saturday for inventory participation).

Hours:

8hours per day with a 30‑minute lunch break. Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
