Hygienists in Washington work for a supported professional corporation (PC) and are not employed by Heartland Dental.

• CPR Certification
• Passion for patient care and building lasting patient relationships
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

• Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures, periodontal therapy, patient education, and preventive care
• Experience with digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, digital scanners, Velscope, Diagnodent, and electronic dental records is a plus
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
