Educator Pay Range: $17.50-$19.50 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule: Monday‑Friday Split Shift, must be available for both shifts each day.

• Before School:
  Tues‑Fri 6:30‑9:30am, Mon 6:30am‑10:30am
• After School:
  Mon‑Fri 3:45‑6pm

• Daily Program Meetings:
  Each day, review goals and updates, share ideas, discuss professional progress, encourage collaboration, and foster team accountability.
• Organize and Facilitate Daily
  
  Activities:
  
  Prepare and lead activities and curriculum that align with program objectives, ensuring they are educational and enjoyable for all ages.
• Leading by Example:
  Maintain a safe, nurturing environment while achieving program goals through positive guidance and effective classroom management.
• Prioritize Safety and Joy:
  Monitor the environment, address potential hazards, and follow all safety protocols, including documenting attendance, incidents, and observations.
• Communication:
  Effectively communicate with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.

• Outstanding customer service and relationship‑building skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed
• Ability to meet state‑specific requirements
• First Aid and CPR – in person
• Cleared tuberculosis test
• Proof of MMR vaccination
• 18+ years of age
• Proof of High School diploma or GED required
