All Saints Catholic School, a vibrant Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade parish school in Puyallup, Washington, seeks an exceptional and faith-filled Principal to begin service in the 2026–2027 academic year.

The Principal serves as the spiritual, instructional, and operational leader of the school and works in close collaboration with the Pastor, School Commission, faculty, families, and the Archdiocese of Seattle Office for Catholic Schools. The successful candidate will build upon the school’s rich legacy while guiding All Saints forward with vision, innovation, and fidelity to Catholic identity.
Position SummaryAll Saints Catholic School seeks a distinguished educational leader who joyfully witnesses the Catholic faith and promotes a culture where Gospel values permeate all aspects of school life. The Principal is responsible for advancing academic excellence, nurturing spiritual formation, strengthening community relationships, and ensuring effective stewardship of school resources.
The Principal oversees all aspects of school operations, including instructional leadership, faith formation, early learning programming, personnel management, budgeting, facilities oversight, enrollment vitality, and development initiatives. Working collaboratively with parish leadership and the broader community, the Principal ensures that All Saints remains a thriving ministry of Catholic education for future generations.
Qualifications- Practicing Catholic in good standing committed to the mission of Catholic education
- Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or an approved related program
- Valid Washington State Teaching and Administrative Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of five years successful K–12 classroom teaching experience
- Demonstrated success in instructional, organizational, and spiritual leadership
- Prior school-based administrative experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage staff, volunteers, budgets, and complex programs
- Commitment to Catholic identity, evangelization, and faith formation
- Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and relationship-building
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage change effectively
- Models and promotes Catholic values through personal witness and professional leadership
- Ensures integration of Catholic teaching, prayer, and service throughout school life
- Collaborates closely with the Pastor and parish leadership to support the parish mission
- Fosters a welcoming, inclusive, and faith-centered community grounded in Gospel values
- Ensures a rigorous, comprehensive, and standards-aligned curriculum
- Promotes excellence in teaching and learning through coaching, supervision, and evaluation
- Uses data and assessment practices to guide instructional improvement and student growth
- Supports innovation while maintaining strong academic expectations
- Oversees the Early Learning Center in alignment with school mission and best practices
- Recruits, hires, develops, and retains outstanding faculty and staff
- Cultivates a professional culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
- Provides meaningful professional development aligned with school goals
