Role DescriptionBEST = Behavioral, Emotional, Social Teaching – provides services to students with behavioral challenges (mild to severe) within a self-contained and general education setting. Instruction focuses on behavior and academic areas.

- Candidates must hold or be able to obtain a teaching certificate with OSPI, including the appropriate endorsement.
- Refer to the Certificated Staff, Non-Supervisory Employees (PEA)-WEA agreements, salary schedules, calendars, and benefits here.
