• Coaches with an athletic or coaching background, ideally experienced coaching kids 15 months to 11 years old.
• Lead the Kid Strong Head Coach program, focusing on brain, physical, and character development through the evolving monthly curriculum.
• Communicate the rationale behind the Kid Strong curriculum to parents or guardians.
• Set schedules for the coaching staff.
• Assess and evaluate the center's coaches' performances and execution.
• Class schedule: weekdays 9 am–11 am & evenings until 7 pm; weekends 8 am to lunch.
• Flexible work schedule available based on studio needs.
• Opportunity to increase hours through private class coaching.
• Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.

• Passion for working with children.
• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Experience coaching students within the Kid Strong age group.
• Experience speaking to and educating parents about the Kid Strong curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who gets a job done.

Compensation: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour.
