High School Track & Field Head Coach

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for students to achieve individual and team success.
• Provide instruction that promotes moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence.
• Ensure implementation of WIAA athletic policies by all staff involved in the sports program.
• Delegate specific duties; supervise implementation, and at season’s end analyze staff effectiveness and evaluate assistants.
• Oversee equipment inventory, repair, ordering, and management.
• Establish dialogue with parents and students to address issues and/or concerns.
• Supervise practices, games and team trips.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching statements.
• Knowledge of all athletic policies approved by the WIAA.
• Prior successful coach experience in track & field.
• Reputable background working with youth.
• Able to pass a background check clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Hours: Monday through Saturday (Hours vary)

Salary: $3,100 - $4,250 per season, depending on experience
