Position Responsibilities:- Assist Lead Teacher in implementing monthly lesson plans and classroom management
- Create a nurturing, Christian environment in the classroom
- Facilitate activities that meet group and individual needs of students
- Promote educational progression of students to the next level
- Be an advocate for Cascade Christian Schools with families and the community
- Substitute for Lead Teacher when absent
- Agrees with Cascade Christian Schools' Statement of Faith and Teaching Statements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate an attitude of support and encouragement
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Ability to attend job-related activities during non-work hours (compensated)
- Prefer a minimum of one-year certification or two years of experience in Early Childhood Education
- Willingness to meet CPR/Current First Aid and other regulatory requirements
- Willingness to obtain CDA coursework

ASAP
Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m.
Salary Range: $19.05-$22.30 per Hour
