Manufacturing Engineer - Fabrication (Senior or Lead)

We are seeking an experienced manufacturing engineer to support the Fabrication division. The ideal candidate will have passion, creativity, and a drive for process improvement and efficiency, and enjoy working on the factory floor with mechanics, directly supporting the production system.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies, and production/tooling philosophies.
- Refine, validate, coordinate, and implement conceptual designs and manage program architecture for build.
- Develop manufacturing plans and oversee plan optimization.
- Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Resolve complex technical problems.
- Serve as project manager to ensure contract requirements, specifications, design criteria, and schedule performance are integrated and maintained.
- Lead advanced design solutions and support research of new product or business opportunities.
- Deploy Lean Enterprise analysis methods.
- Document and communicate producibility best practices.
- Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or non‑US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
- Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment (Senior).
- 9 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- (Lead) 14 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in airplane fabrication processes.

4): $135,150 – $182,850. - Summary pay range for Lead (Level
5): $165,750 – $224,250.
