We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Dorman Team in Puyallup! We are looking for Team Loan Officers with a current NMLS License. High energy and a positive attitude is a MUST!

Our Team Loan Officer will be referred business and relationships from our lead loan officers. They will help with referrals that we generate as well as provide great customer care to our clients.

• Must be ambitious, coachable, a team player, humble, and FUN!
• Passionate customer-focused Loan Originator
• Current NMLS License
• Strong attention-to-detail and excellent communicator
• Works well with others and fosters a positive team atmosphere
• Has strong command of technology including loan originating software systems and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally noisy environment.
• Must be able to walk/ sit for at least 8 hours or more (Majority of shift is spent sitting).
• Must be able to speak and hear, lift and carry up to twenty five pounds (25 lbs) or occasionally more.
• Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift.
• Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Eligible associates (and their families) have the option to enroll in medical, dental, and/or vision coverage of which both the associate and the company contribute towards expenses. Basic Life/AD&D insurance for eligible associates as well as a Short-term Disability benefit are provided by Evergreen. This is a commission only position. Associate may be eligible for bonuses or other variable earnings as determined upon hire.
