Performing all branch functions including consumer lending, opening new accounts, and providing teller services. What you bring to the team:

Current WSECU Member Consultants I, II, or III who apply will be hired in the same tier as you currently hold

For Member Consultant I

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a financial institution or retail/service-related position. Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and a national criminal background check, and maintain and renew the registration annually. Competitive pay for MC I: $21.50 - $32.25 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.

The target starting pay for this position is $21.50 - $26.87 per hour, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account. The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increases during their tenure in the position.

Member Consultant II

Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in a financial institution processing consumer loans, new accounts and member transactions. Computer experience including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be willing to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, including fingerprinting and a national criminal background check, and maintain and renew the registration annually. Competitive pay for MC II: $24.05 - $36.07 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package.

The target starting pay for this position is $24.05 - $30.06 per hour, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account. The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increases during their tenure in the position.

Bonus

Credit Union experience
Two (2) years of college (MC II)
Experience with cash handling, lending, new accounts or a combination
Experience with:

When you’d work:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:15 am –2:15 pm, full time minimum 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility required to meet the needs of the branch.
