Benefits- Competitive pay starting at $23.50-$25.50 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed weekly
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Paid Sick Leave and PTO
- Paid Holidays (if applicable)
- Client introduction and training on your first shift
- Safety inspections of client homes
- Free Continuing Education courses through Relias

- Opportunities for advancement
- Complete start of care shifts and create care plans for new clients
- Train and support caregivers on their first shift
- Fill in for shifts as needed
- Availability Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
- Work one weekend a month (with two days off during the week of your choice)
- Travel within Pierce and Thurston Counties
- Certified as a CNA or HCA in Washington State
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Empathy and ability to care for clients’ social, emotional, physical, and mental health
- Willingness to assist with personal care
- Proficiency in domestic chores like meal prep and cleaning
- Training in specialized areas such as geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer’s
- Comfort working around pets and smoking
- Availability for consistent shifts in Pierce County, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey, and Olympia
