• Competitive pay starting at $23.50-$25.50 per hour, based on experience
• Full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Paid Sick Leave and PTO

• Client introduction and training on your first shift
• Safety inspections of client homes
• Free Continuing Education courses through Relias

• Complete start of care shifts and create care plans for new clients
• Train and support caregivers on their first shift
• Fill in for shifts as needed
• Availability Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
• Work one weekend a month (with two days off during the week of your choice)
• Travel within Pierce and Thurston Counties

• Certified as a CNA or HCA in Washington State
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Empathy and ability to care for clients’ social, emotional, physical, and mental health
• Willingness to assist with personal care
• Proficiency in domestic chores like meal prep and cleaning
• Training in specialized areas such as geriatrics, dementia, or Alzheimer’s
• Comfort working around pets and smoking
• Availability for consistent shifts in Pierce County, including Tacoma, Lakewood, Gig Harbor, Dupont, Puyallup, Lacey, and Olympia
