Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — School-Based (Onsite)

Location: Puyallup School District, Puyallup, WA 98373

Schedule: 37.5 hours/week | Onsite only

Duration: March 2, 2026 (or sooner) – June 19, 2026 (potential for renewal or direct hire for following year)

Compensation: $25–$30/hour on W-2

We are hiring two onsite Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in a school-based setting within the Puyallup School District. RBTs will work directly with students to implement behavior intervention plans and provide consistent, data-driven behavioral support under the supervision of a BCBA or licensed specialist.

This is a great opportunity for RBTs who enjoy structured school schedules and making a direct impact on student success.

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 or small-group behavioral support
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data
• Support students in developing social, academic, and functional skills
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a school environment

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual for onsite school schedule
