Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) - Puyallup First Responder Clinic Part-Time or Full-Time | $500 Sign-On Bonus
Outpatient Physical Therapy is expanding and opening a specialized clinic in Puyallup dedicated exclusively to first responders and tactical athletes. We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about performance-based, treatment-focused care and wants to make a meaningful impact on those who serve our communities every day.
This is not a spa environment. Our Puyallup First Responder Clinic is built around rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance optimization. You will work alongside a Physical Therapist in a collaborative outpatient setting, delivering one-hour, treatment-based massage sessions designed to support recovery, mobility, and job-specific physical demands. Our patient population includes firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS professionals, and other tactical athletes who rely on their bodies to perform at a high level.
In this role, you will develop individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's plan of care and performance goals. Strong communication, professional documentation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a clinical team are essential. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with active populations and appreciates a structured, results-driven environment.
A current Washington State Massage Therapy license and graduation from an accredited massage therapy program are required. Insurance credentialing is required. Experience working with first responders, athletes, or high-performance populations is strongly preferred; however, motivated new graduates with a strong interest in rehabilitative massage are encouraged to apply.
We offer flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, a supportive team culture, and the opportunity to build a rewarding practice serving a highly respected population. A $500 sign-on bonus is available.
If you are driven, dependable, and excited about performance-based care, we would love to connect with you regarding a February 2026 start date.
Salary: $33 per hour
