Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Deliver effective therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure holistic care
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, home exercises, and recovery strategies
Contribute to discharge planning and interdisciplinary care meetings

Qualifications:

Active Washington PT license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Doctorate or Master's degree  in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills
Prior experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehab settings preferred
