Key Responsibilities
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams for optimal outcomes
Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discharge planning
Requirements
Active Washington Physical Therapist Assistant license  (or eligibility to obtain)
Associate degree from an accredited  Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred
