Job Details

• Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting with ATI Physical Therapy in Puyallup, WA,

• AM shift, 8 hours per day,

• 26-week contract assignment,

• Uses InSync for documentation and charting,

Job Requirements

• Active Washington State PTA license required; candidates may begin with a compact license but must obtain full WA state licensure during the assignment,

• Current BLS certification required,

• 1 professional reference required for consideration,

• SSN required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked for ATI in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year before being eligible to return as a traveler,
