Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist position available in a facility located in the Puyallup, Washington area. This role involves performing diagnostic and interventional cases in an acute care environment, supporting various cardiac and electrophysiological procedures. The position offers weekday day shifts with a rotating day off and includes call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Details- Position:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist - Shift: Days, typically 0630a-0530p with on-call responsibilities 1-2 nights a week and every 4th weekend
- Schedule:
10 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, with rotating days off - Start Date:
09/08/2026 - End Date: 01/16/2027
- Required Qualifications:
2 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, applicable licensure or certification (BLS, ACLS), WA state license, scrub and operate table capability, experience with diagnostic/interventional cardiac cases including LHC/RHC, NSTEMI, STEMI, Impella, IABPs, Rotablator, CTOs/staged PCI, shockwave, temporary pacers, peripheral diagnostics/interventions, and EP procedures such as pacemakers and AICDs. - Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records, GE Alea C-arm, and Merge hemodynamic systems. - Support on the Unit:
Coordinated by lead tech, charge nurse, respiratory therapy, hospitalists, intensivists, cardiologists, transporters, and support staff available 24/7.
- First-day orientation includes NEO training with the facility, followed by departmental training.
- No sleep room available; candidates may utilize the admit/recovery unit if necessary.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, and teamwork are essential.
- Scrub color is provided, with extended sizing available.
- Parking is free in the garage.
