Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Puyallup, Washington. This travel role spans 13 weeks, with 40 hours per week, 8-hour daytime shifts and on-site support in a skilled nursing facility.
You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and physical impairments, address ADLs and IADLs, and provide 1:1 patient-centered care while collaborating with PT, SLP, nursing and case management.
