Home Care Aide

HCA or CNA certification is a plus — but it's not a deal breaker. We're open to caregivers who haven't gotten certified yet, as long as you're willing to learn and grow with us.

• helping with bathing/dressing/grooming/mobility
• medication reminders per care plan and HIPAA rules
• cooking meals and nutrition help
• caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer's/memory conditions
• using Hoyer lifts for safe transfers
• watching for and reporting health/behavior changes
• light housekeeping
• accurate notes
• engaging clients in supportive activities
• and CPR/first aid/infection control basics.

• experience in homes/assisted living/nursing homes/hospice
• attentive to condition changes
• hands-on compassionate ADL approach
• understanding of medication reminders and care plans
• dementia/arthritis/mobility experience a bonus
• good communicator
• physically able to help with transfers
• CPR/First Aid a plus (training available)
• HIPAA/privacy respect
• openness to diverse clients.
