What You’ll Do

As our Medical Receptionist, you’ll help create a positive experience for every patient from the moment they walk through the door.

Your Responsibilities Include
  • Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate provider calendars.
  • Verify insurance information and collect co‑pays.
  • Check patients in and out efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate appointment reminders and pre‑procedure instructions.
  • Maintain an organized, professional front office environment.
  • Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines.
  • Work closely with providers and clinical staff to keep the day running smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Previous medical reception or healthcare office experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
  • Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team.
