Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a full-time Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) for our Puyallup Behavioral Health Clinic. The counselor provides direct counseling services to patients with chemical dependency, conducts assessments and intakes, and works with adults, youth and families in a client-centered, integrated care model.
Applicants must have an AA degree and WA SUDP license (or WA DOH license). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
