This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Puyallup, WA for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment regulations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, managing onboarding and training processes, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also involves ensuring organizational policies align with business objectives and implementing strategic HR initiatives for business growth.

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and team management
• Familiarity with employment law, HR compliance, and organizational policies
• Experience in performance management, training, and employee development programs
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar industry is advantageous
