Care Healthcare of Washington is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the complete employeelifecycle. This position is responsible for coordinating recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR administration, payroll support, and offboarding while ensuring employees remain compliant with agency policies and applicable federal, state, and Washington home care regulations.
The Human Resources Coordinator serves as a primary HR resource for employees, maintains accurate HR records, supports payroll administration, and works closely with agency leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & OnboardingCoordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for caregivers and office staff.
Ensure all pre-employment requirements and new hire documentation are completed.
Maintain an active recruitment pipeline to support agency hiring needs.
Maintain accurate employee records within ADP, Well Sky, and personnel files.
Process employee status changes, employment documentation, and other HR transactions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee HR inquiries.
Monitor employee credentials and ensure compliance with agency policies and Washington State home care requirements.
Maintain audit-ready personnel records and support regulatory compliance activities.
Review payroll information for accuracy and assist with resolving payroll discrepancies.
Respond to employee payroll-related questions and coordinate corrections when needed.
Maintain employee and workforce records within Well Sky, including approved client authorizations as assigned.
Ensure workforce information is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate employee separations and maintain accurate offboarding documentation.
Support HR projects, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned in support of agency operations.
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, office administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and computer-based systems.
Experience in home care, healthcare, or a multi-location organization.
Experience using ADP Workforce Now or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Experience using Well Sky Home Care.
Knowledge of Washington State home care regulations and caregiver compliance requirements.
Experience supporting payroll administration.
SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is preferred but not required.
