About the Role
Join Tarragon Property Services as an Experienced Maintenance Technician and elevate your career in real estate. This role offers hands‑on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems to ensure tenant comfort and satisfaction.
Competitive pay: $24.50 to $30 per hour.
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 8 am–5 pm. Rotating on‑call.

Maintain property functionality and ensure resident satisfaction by scheduling, performing, and monitoring preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other systems. Respond promptly to work‑order requests and manage residential unit turnovers. Provide on‑call and emergency maintenance service as needed. Assist in purchasing maintenance supplies and maintain accurate property invoices.
Participate in company‑provided safety and non‑discrimination training and maintain compliance with company standards.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Proficiency with computers and the tracking systems used at the property
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
- Ability to work a regular and consistent schedule
