• identify, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring proactive solutions
• financial management: manage and protect project budget, manage subcontracts and invoicing, manage change order process, prepare cost reports and work‑in‑progress forecast reports in a timely manner for management.
• ensure quality and safety standards are in compliance with applicable specifications and laws.
• act as the point of contact for stakeholders, internally and externally, through all project phases.
• mentor and train project engineers, fostering their professional growth
• expand business growth with new and existing clients
• complete other duties as assigned

• 7+ years of project management and estimating experience in civil construction
• 7+ years of experience in scheduling and management of project timelines
• proven track record of meeting project budgets or exceeding profit margins
• strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• excellent verbal and written communication
• 3+ years of direct supervisory and leadership experience
• bachelor’s degree preferred plus minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience or 12 years of equivalent experience. Construction management degree is preferred, other degrees acceptable with relevant experience
• proficient in microsoft software – ms project
• experience with trimble software is a plus; vista viewpoint, b2w estimate/track/schedule
• experience with plan take‑off software such as on‑screen take‑off and revu bluebeam

• $115.000 to $165,000
