Ready to Lead a High-Performing Shop?We're hiring an experienced Automotive Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy, family-owned independent repair facility in Puyallup, WA.

What You'll Do- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy repair shop
- Manage workflow to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Supervise and support a team of 5–6 technicians
- Hire, train, coach, and develop employees
- Conduct performance management and staffing decisions
- Write estimates and order parts
- Sell recommended repairs and services
- Monitor sales goals and shop profitability
- Control operating costs and improve overall performance
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Build a positive, team‑oriented work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Previous automotive shop management or service management experience
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Proven leadership and team‑building skills
- Experience writing estimates and selling repair recommendations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable using shop management software and technology
- Business‑minded with a focus on growth and profitability
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- $90,000–$120,000 salary
