Success Measurables- Achieve time and material budget on projects, overseeing 2-3 landscape crews
- Produce high-quality work to achieve customer satisfaction
- Prepare accurate landscape enhancement estimates
- Proactive project planning and organization
- Strong leadership and management of 2-3 landscape crews
- Good time and workload management, dividing time among supervision, preparation and estimating
- Degree in Horticulture or other relevant area of study--preferred
- Driver's license
- Green Industry certifications, or ability and desire to obtain
- Puyallup, WA
- Relocation assistance negotiable
