Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief

As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO® brand, the Restoration Supervisor/Crew Chief demonstrates the company's Here to Help® commitment to customers and clients. This is done by coordinating, monitoring, and performing work activities on projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and performing production processes as scheduled and ensuring quality control, managing the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews, communicating clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervising their activities, documenting a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided, managing labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects, and communicating with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues.

Additional responsibilities include communicating and following all OSHA guidelines for job safety, managing assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly, coaching and training restoration technicians.

Position requirements include a valid driver's license, high school diploma/GED (preferred), availability to work a rotating on-call schedule, at least 1 year of experience in commercial cleaning, restoration, or construction, and IICRC certification a plus, not required.

Skills/physical demands/competencies include the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics), ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects, ability to work with/around cleaning agents, and ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
