Production Manager​/Gutter Production Manager

Overview

Service Partners, a subsidiary of Top Build Corp., is seeking a Gutter Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage labor, control quality, and maintain safety standards in a fast‑paced production environment.

• Supervise all production employees, ensuring on‑time completion of orders and adherence to safety policies.
• Maintain daily production records, material usage logs, and attendance reports.
• Coordinate receiving of incoming materials, verify quantities against bills of lading, and record discrepancies.
• Oversee shipment loading and communicate production delays or delivery issues to carriers and management.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts, spot checks, and investigations of inventory discrepancies; use RF handhelds to manage inventory data.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce company safety procedures across the production floor.

• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mechanically inclined, with a basic understanding of production machinery.
• Experience in construction, mechanical, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must be able to perform essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodation available.

Range: $50,000.00 – $. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
