In charge of all the aspects of the daily operations as it affects the quality and quantity in production of Gutter product. Directly responsible for supervision of direct labor personnel, receiving of incoming material, shipments, and Quality Control checks.
- Accountable for oversight of the general day-to-day operations: supervision of the entire production area and employees, tracking and recording of production reports to ensure optimal output, cleanliness of plant area for safety and organization, tracking and recording employees’ attendance, tardiness and behavior, ensuring orders are accurately completed and loaded for delivery, communicating late deliveries or production delays appropriately, accurate daily documentation of materials used to include waste, communicating with employees, vendors, carriers, management with any issues, enforcing the use of RF handhelds for inventory management.
- Accountable for receipt of all incoming materials: check the accuracy of incoming quantities to actual amount received, note any discrepancies and record errors or damage on the Bill of Lading, direct materials into proper storage area and ensure proper handling, review material requirements to keep up with material needs.
- Conduct monthly inventories, extending and transferring counts to inventory sheets and computer systems or RF handhelds. Conduct regular spot‑checks and investigate any discrepancies found. Be willing to start early or end late to facilitate conducting monthly cycle counts.
- Stress the importance of safety during everything our employees do. Lead by example, enforce all applicable company safety policies, conduct safety meetings and exercises.

- Mechanically inclined.
- Construction Industry Experience.
- Mechanical and warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
$50,000.00 – $ (to comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.)
