We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice dedicated to delivering exceptional care and creating positive experiences for every patient. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a creative, organized, and driven Dental Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and help grow our patient base.
Position OverviewThe Dental Marketing Coordinator will develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients, strengthen community relationships, and enhance patient engagement and retention. This role requires a balance of creativity, organization, analytics, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Growth Strategy- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with practice goals
- Identify new growth opportunities and target markets
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Manage and update website content (SEO optimization preferred)
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads)
- Monitor and respond to online reviews
- Create and manage email and text marketing campaigns
- Promote referral programs and seasonal specials
- Support internal marketing initiatives to enhance patient experience
- Coordinate local marketing events and sponsor ships
- Build relationships with schools, businesses, and community partners
- Represent the practice at networking and community events
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials
- Assist with photo and video content creation
- 1–3 years of marketing experience (dental or healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing strategies
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
- $26–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
