About the Position
CRNA near Tacoma, WA - 4-Day Week, No Call, Nights or Weekends | W2 or 1099     We are seeking a CRNA for a full-time position offering an excellent work-life balance with a four-day workweek and no call, nights, or weekends. This is an independent practice focused primarily on eye cases, with plans to expand into additional specialties and multiple ambulatory surgery centers over the coming year.

Compensation is highly competitive, with a W2 option paying $280K-$291K annually or a 1099 option offering a flat daily rate of $1,800-$1,900 depending on experience. Most days will be only 6-8 hours as you will get out early often. A $20K or $40K sign-on bonus is included (an additional $10K for April 1, 2026 starts), along with up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
