This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Patients per day: 20-25
• Practice Setting:
  Urgent Care Clinic
• State Licensure:
  Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Timeframe: 2 weeks
