Multi Care Cancer Institute is a physician‑led, multi‑specialty group within the Multi Care Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. We diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases each year in Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima.

We’re seeking a staff RN to join our hospital‑based team. This role enables the use of your specialized training and nursing care within a multidisciplinary environment. This position is a 0.9 FTE, day shift, Monday‑Friday.

Urgently hiring. $10,000 sign‑on bonus with 24‑month commitment. Must have at least three years experience, BSN, external applicants only.

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (or obtained within five (5) years of hire).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State or multi‑state licensure endorsement (MSL).
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC or NRP certification as required by facility or department.
• One (1) year of experience in an acute‑care setting preferred.
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Certification in specialty area preferred.
• 15+ years of service for external candidates or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 for consideration.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. The pay range is $44.13–$85.17 USD, based on skill set, experience and certification. Additional benefits information and pay transparency details are available upon request.
