Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room
Location: Puyallup, WA
Agency: AMN Healthcare
Pay: $1,958 to $2,079 per week
Shift: 3 days × 12 hours
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
About the PositionTravel Registered Nurse – Operating Room assignment in Puyallup, WA. The hospital is a full‑service facility that provides 24/7 emergency, surgical, maternity, and specialty care. This role focuses on perioperative nursing care in an OR environment.
Responsibilities- Provide perioperative nursing care, including pre‑operative assessment, anesthesia coordination, intra‑operative support, and post‑operative recovery.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe procedures and quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR systems.
- Adhere to infection control protocols, billing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Registered Nurse with an active RN license (Compact® accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years OR experience.
- 1 assignment of travel experience in OR nursing.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong critical thinking, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
- Valid SSN and DOB, 1 reference in the last 12 months.
