Community Health Care is a leading non‑profit organization that offers quality health care to underserved patients in Pierce County. We provide comprehensive family practice care, including medical, dental, pharmacy, and behavioral health services in our seven clinics.

The Clinic RN Lead works in coordination with clinic leadership to ensure efficient operation and high‑quality patient care. This role is the first line of support for staff, physicians, and other related providers on service‑specific clinical issues.

• Ensure that work is accomplished effectively.
• Support staff, physicians, and related providers on service‑specific clinical issues.
• Collaborate with the manager on clinical and non‑clinical issues, including employee relations, individual behaviors, and physician relationships.
• Provide leadership when the manager or assistant manager is unavailable.
• Lead, direct, coach, and mentor back‑office staff members daily to ensure patients receive the care they need and workflow remains efficient.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Current Washington State RN license.
• Relevant combination of education and experience is encouraged.
