The Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans during peak hours.

• Deliver excellent fan experiences during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches).
• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Embrace the store culture and serve as an extraordinary brand ambassador.
• Create an unforgettable shopping moment by displaying excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
• Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure a smooth, on‑brand operation.
• Work a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours balanced by increased availability during peak times.
• Complete any required assessment emailed upon application submission.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and eligibility to work.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.
• Able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Flexible schedule: approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to about 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable support and availability during high‑traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

$17.13 – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
