Position Status:
Part‑Time. Hourly Rate: $12.
Location:
8011 S. Meridian, Indianapolis, IN 46227.
- Cashier:
Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, follows cash handling procedures, provides general information about Goodwill programs, directs higher‑level questions to the appropriate associate or manager, and maintains cleanliness of the sales floor. - Textiles or Wares Producer:
Sorts product to identify quality and value; checks for holes, missing buttons, defective zippers, or stains and cleans as needed; properly bars, tags, and hangs textiles or wares; produces 100 items per hour for wares/85 items per hour for textiles, adheres to Goodwill’s pricing standards, updates daily production tracking sheets; uses a pallet jack and conveyor belt as required. - Donation Door Attendant:
Accepts donations, keeps the donation door clean and clear, quickly and accurately sorts products and distributes them to appropriate areas, maintains the backroom by keeping all boxes labeled and organized, loads and unloads trucks, and uses heavy equipment such as a pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, and hydraulic lift. - eCommerce Producer:
Identifies and secures items of value for Click Goodwill, stays informed of market value through eBay and other online sites, tags and itemizes items, securely packs curated products onto pallets, wraps, and ships totes to Click Goodwill to meet the store budget regarding totes shipped per week. - e-Books Producer:
Scans books, decides what is sent to Click Goodwill or displayed at the store, prints inventory sheets, packs, seals, and ships totes, identifies top sellers, and maintains a clean, organized, sales‑effective display. - Rack and Cart Runner:
Checks each rack/cart to ensure quality and value, properly sizes, merchandises, and purges the sales floor, maintains cleanliness, puts away carts, stocks shelves, runs one textile rack/wares cart every 15 minutes, and updates daily production tracking sheets.
