Role Overview

Responsibilities- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
- Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Maintain detailed product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store constantly.

Base pay: $18.00 per hour. Total target compensation (base pay plus targeted commission): $25.69 per hour. Commission is available for most sales positions; bonus programs are available for non‑sales roles.
Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED (required). 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
