Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of daily operation of a retail store, including merchandising and product launches.
- Meet and exceed sales objectives to provide customers with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
- Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off‑site events as needed.
- Coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
- Prior management experience.
- Well‑developed planning, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
Store Managers receive a competitive salary, with potential monthly commissions for meeting or exceeding store sales objectives. Annual salary ranges between $61,700 and $92,500, with additional commissions of $24,000+ if all sales goals are met.
