We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow a defined territory by building strong, trust‑based relationships within established distribution channels
. This is a field‑based outside sales role focused on expanding existing business and generating organic growth by working directly with distributors, contractors, builders, and end users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes pride in representing their company well, and understands that long‑term success comes from service‑oriented selling—not aggressive or high‑pressure tactics.

What You’ll Do
  • Own all sales activity within an assigned geographic territory (Eastern Washington)
  • Build and grow relationships with distribution partners and their contractor customers
  • Expand an existing book of business by increasing product adoption and converting customers from competitive products
  • Spend time in distribution yards, on job sites, and in the field to maintain strong customer visibility
  • Educate customers on products, applications, and new solutions through hands‑on demonstrations and samples
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in the field while partnering with inside sales for order entry and logistics
  • Attend trade shows, vendor events, customer barbecues, and local building association meetings
  • Maintain organized records and provide routine activity reporting
  • Represent the company with professionalism, humility, and a customer‑first mindset
  • Report directly to the Sales Director
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in outside sales, customer‑facing roles, or relationship‑driven sales
  • (Experience in building products, construction materials, roofing, or siding is a plus—but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect easily with customers
  • A service‑oriented, people‑first approach to sales
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote, field‑based role
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable managing the full sales process within a territory (pricing, estimates, follow‑up, closing)
  • Valid driver’s license with a favorable motor vehicle record
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory (3–4 days per week in the field)
  • Uncapped commission based on a percentage of gross sales (eligible after 3 months)
  • Cell phone and vehicle allowance (personal vehicle required)
