Role OverviewJoin the fastest‑growing team in Puyallup as a Direct Marketing Associate. Renewal by Andersen of Western WA is looking for driven, energetic, and outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. As the face of a powerhouse brand, you will engage homeowners, spark meaningful conversations, and generate high‑quality leads by canvassing local neighborhoods. Help customers envision how our industry‑leading windows and doors can elevate their homes.
CompensationSet hourly rate $24 per hour. Most team members average $29–$34 per hour, top performers average $39–$44 per hour, and top performers can exceed $100,000 annually. Uncapped commissions plus hourly base.
Schedule37–40 hours weekly
- Mon–Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
90‑day training program. Upon mastering fundamentals, you may advance to a Direct Marketing Specialist role, offering higher earning potential and schedule flexibility.
Requirements (What You Bring)- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout your territory
- Strong organizational skills
- A drive to set goals and crush them
- A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow
- Confident, clear communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
