We're looking for a motivated Residential Painting Estimator/Sales Consultant to help homeowners plan interior and exterior painting projects. This role goes beyond measuring and quoting — you'll build relationships, understand customer needs, recommend solutions, prepare accurate estimates, and guide prospects through the sales process. Painting experience is helpful but not required; we'll train the right person with a strong sales, estimating, or customer service background.

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate painting projects
• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals
• Educate customers on options, scope, and expectations
• Follow a consistent sales process from appointment to signed contract
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow up with prospects
• Build strong customer relationships and respond promptly to leads
• Work toward individual and company sales goals
• Participate in networking, home shows, and community events
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Maintain accurate records in company software
• Coordinate with production and office teams

• Sales or estimating experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Professional, confident, customer-focused presentation
• Strong organization and follow-up habits
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers, smartphones, tablets, and CRM software
• Reliable, punctual, and accountable with a team-first attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Available weekdays and Saturdays as needed
• High school diploma/GED required; bachelor's preferred but not required
