** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders and/or client instructions, maintaining proper weapon retention and control.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas including entrances, lobby areas, ATM and cash handling areas, parking areas and the perimeter as assigned.

+ Complete daily activity reports and incident reports, monitor alarms and access points, and coordinate with law enforcement and/or emergency services when needed.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.

+ Have 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ An armed guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
