Security Officer Part Time Unarmed Driver – Puyallup, WA. As a Part‑Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. • Fri: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM
• Sat: 09:00 PM – 05:00 AM

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout transit platforms, stations, parking areas, buildings, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, public areas, and/or restricted locations, assisting with authorized entry procedures and reporting suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
• Support crowd management, way finding, and/or general public assistance during routine operations, service disruptions, special events, and/or emergency situations.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Baton certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
