Looking for a Property Maintenance Technician job where you can utilize your handyman skills? Staffmark is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support a 200-unit apartment community located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mountain living, and being part of a supportive onsite team.

• 1 year of apartment or property maintenance experience
• Strong general repair/handyman skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Comfortable with snow removal duties and outdoor work in winter
• Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
• HVAC or EPA certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the property
• Complete work orders for repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), and general handyman tasks
• Snow removal around buildings, walkways, and parking areas during the winter months
• Assist with unit turns and inspections
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of the community
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
