This is an experienced position where the candidate will have at least 2+ years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. • Perform gutter installation and related exterior construction tasks, including K-style and half round gutters.
• Interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and culture.

• 2+ years of experience in gutter installation (K-style and/or half round gutters).
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons.
• Interest in growing with the company and willingness to work overtime.
• Team player with a desire to establish a positive work culture.
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred.
• Previous experience related to gutter services and installation with a passion for gutters.
• Construction/gutters experience: 2+ years; must be 18 or older; valid driver’s license.

Compensation:
Hourly Position / production pay. A skills ladder training program defines career path, expectations, and raise potential.
