Service Technician
Serenity Air Inc is a growing HVAC company, a family-operated business that values our team members, excellent customer service and high quality work. We are looking to hire a positive, friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented person to join our team! The Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing a range of HVAC jobs for the majority of residential and commercial customers.
Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Typically no weekends, up to $125,000/yr+Pay Based on Experience, PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision
Customer-based activities involved in this position require an individual who is decisive, tactful, dependable, and who possesses initiative and the ability to communicate well with all customer groups. A Service Technician must be able to accurately diagnose and efficiently accomplish a job to the mutual benefit of the customer while following Serenity Air's guidelines. Job-related contact can occur with virtually all demographic groups, with the majority of the contacts being service customers, team members and suppliers.
Representative duties include:
- Serving as a member of the Service Department which is organized to conduct HVACR servicing jobs promptly and efficiently.
- Performing routine HVAC service activities without direct oversight or on-site assistance.
- Conducting point-of-work sales of IAQ services, unit components, add-on units, and residential & commercial service contracts.
- Developing lead referrals for the sales staff.
- Conducting non-service work in support of the Service Manager and assist the Installation Departments, as assigned.
- Performing related duties as directed by the Service Manager.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $ per year
