We are looking for an Entry Level Gutter Installer to join our Tacoma team. This position focuses on installing and maintaining gutters for residential customers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and on-site safety.

- 2 years of exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions/seasons
- Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation is a huge plus, but not a requirement
- A desire to establish a positive work culture for all
- A great sense of humor
- OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
- Valid driver's license
- 18 years of age
